FancyBorders takes an input image and uses Python + ImageMagick to add properly proportioned borders, image titles and copyright notices. It’s what I use to prepare all my images for print; no need to specify any borders when choosing a print size, just bake a lovely, custom border into your image.

  1. Profile driven using TOML based configuration files
  2. Run multiple export profiles in a single command
  3. Customisable title, year and creator name
  4. Change your fonts, font colour and font weight
  5. Set colours for the border and text independently
  6. Supports resizing images during export
  7. Supports exporting to jpeg, png and tiff formats
  8. Selectable JPEG export quality
